Delux Villa In Battambang

A few days back, me and a friend decided to go out and check  out the new Delux Villa to see what that place had to offer beside some really expensive rooms. To our surprise, when we got there, we met with the owner and he was happy to give us the grand tour of the place. I think he showed us close to 8 different rooms and explained that every room was designed differently according to culture. If my eyes were not deceiving me, all rooms are air conditioned and hanging on the wall are some 45 inch flat screen T.V.s for your viewing pleasure. This place also has a mini bar and by saying that, he is looking for a bartender so if you got the experience, he is willing to talk about pay and maybe benefits.

Prices on rooms? Well that's a whole different story. Do you have couple hundred dollars to throw away a night? If you do, this place is for you. They take your money and make you feel happy about giving it to them. I mean this is one of the best hotels that I have seen in Battambang.

To top things off, If I had the money, I wouldn't mind spending a night here. Who knows, He might be nice enough to let me stay a night for free, but then again, this is Cambodia where free is a hard word for some. Till then, enjoy the pictures.

This Former Gang-Banger Is Banging Out Delicious Cubans in Cambodia

S ix years ago, Ry Mam boarded an international flight from LAX with three other Cambodians and two US marshals. “If any of you try to run, we’ll shoot you,” one of the marshals told the Cambodians. Gecko Cafe In Battambang

(Updated) The Gecko has moved to street #1 and is now called The Kitchen.   Food Gecko Cafe is located on the corner of Street 3 and 119. The place sits atop Gecko Moto's. I visit this place lot's of times during my stay in Battambang and when it comes to wanting a little western taste, this is one of my favorite spots. They serve good western food including burgers, pizza, salads and more. They also have Mexican food ranging from tacos to burritos and more. The Taco salad I had last was great and reminded me of home a little. Also, being in Cambodia, you can't forget about the Khmer dishes. I haven't tried alot of Khmer food here but I can say that the fried rice was good. They also serve some alcohol drinks. Besides being a little pricey for the locals, the money you pay for food here is well worth it. So enjoy! Service Another thing I like here is the service. When you walk in, you are immediately greeted by someone and  o
