With the local authorities making all these bust, you would think that some of those who are doing things like this would slow down. But then again, this is Cambodia where sometimes, life just never seems to be normal. Hopefully, these women wanted to be rescued and wasn't there on their own will. But who knows, I've been here over a year and I find many things still hard to comprehend.

This place is one of my favorite spots to grab a beer and chill out. This place is located on Street 1 in between 119th and 121th street. From 3 pm to 7 pm, happy hour is in effect so you can get a glass of ice cold beer for .50 cents. They also have a good selection of good coffee and a menu that can satisfy the most picky. The food is mostly western but that's what I like about it. They have a breakfast menu, salad menu, sandwiches and great appetizers. The upstairs area is air conditioned and since it's located on street #1, you get to see the busy people of Battambang go about their daily lives.
