Those new to Battmbang might want to check out the Battambang Circus. I was able to pay them a visit last night and got to check out some cool things.
Of course, it wouldn't be called a circus with out the rides and this place seems to have quite a few. They also have pool tables where you and friends can enjoy a game of pool. Roller Blading was present but there, they call it skiing. They have a mini zoo so you can check out the little cute bunnies and stuff. They have a snake and a couple of the largest fish I have seen in Cambodia. They also have a place that they rent out for events and parties. I didn't see the restaurant that they mentioned and maybe because it was getting a little late but I hope to go back and explore more soon.
Overall, this place seems like a really nice place to spend some time. With Battambang at times being a quiet place, besides the early morning chanting from the temples, this is a place to go and let off some steam.
